So today was one of those days. I have been pissed off all day, and I don't know why! So my girlfriend told me to think about Sweden and Volvos. So I did this!

Oh, I thought you meant swinging wrenches. In that case I'd say... kinda. Sometimes it's a stress reliever and other times it magnifies your anger to the point where, say, you pick up a TH400 and shot put it at/into the trash barrel.
